I have many years experience in the Customer Service area, the most recent being seven years in the Travel Industry in the Airdrie and Carstairs area of Alberta. A belief that your travel experience begins when you leave home and a commitment to make that experience a positive one, have provided me with a rewarding and challenging career. After graduation from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, with a Bachelor of Education & a Bachelor of Arts, I worked as a training consultant for a multi-national oil company providing training needs assessments and developing programs to meet those needs. This professional background has provided me with the skills essential to be a successful travel planner. With personal interests in genealogical research, history, bridge, golf, family and travel, I am well prepared to meet the personal needs of my clients. In 2008 I traveled to Las Vegas, Vancouver Island, Toronto, Australia, New Zealand, California and Texas.
